Mental health and substance abuse services Mobile team

Our mobile team's services are intended for Espoo-based clients of mental health and substance abuse services who need support and guidance to manage their daily lives and to live independently. The services are intended for over 18-year-old clients who have functional limitations due to illness. A written treatment/care plan is drawn up with each client. Services are mainly provided at the client's home. The mobile team works together with the client's social networks and collaborates extensively with other parties.
