Leppävaara Service Centre

Leppävaara Service Centre is a place where you can meet your friends, get to know new people and find new and meaningful activities. We offer guidance and instruction on how you can influence your own wellbeing and do and participate in things that you like. You can also join a guided chair exercise session or group exercise classes. At the gym, you can either work out independently or receive instruction on using the equipment. At our pleasant restaurant, you can enjoy breakfast or lunch and buy café products. You can also read the day's paper at the service centre. You can participate in various group activities, such as groups for exercise, crafts, song and dance, which are organised by several operators. Various peer groups and wellbeing groups provide information, support and new content for your days. There are numerous organisations and associations operating in the service centre. The operators themselves or the service centre staff can provide more information about the activities. Joining the volunteer activities at the service centres is a way of participating and making a difference. Volunteer activities are an important part of everyday life in the Leppävaara Senior and Service Centre using the 'elä ja asu' model. Our community of active volunteers brings joy to the residents of the centre and participates in the event arrangements at the centre. If you are interested in the volunteer activities, please contact us. You are welcome to join in! The facilities of Leppävaara Service Centre can be booked, primarily for non-profit activities for seniors. You can ask the service centre's staff about the facilities' use and prices. Opening hours Leppävaara Service Centre operates in the facilities of the Leppävaara 'Elä ja asu' Senior Centre, which is undergoing a floor renovation project. During the renovation project, the facilities of the service centre will be temporarily used by the residents of the senior centre, which is why Leppävaara Service Centre only offers small-scale activities. You should book a timeslot to use the gym.
