Chemicals control

The purpose of chemicals control is to prevent personal injuries and damage to property or the environment caused by the manufacture, use, transfer, storage and other handling of hazardous chemicals and explosives. The rescue authority supervises small-scale industrial handling and storage of hazardous chemicals. You must submit a notification of small-scale handling and storage of chemicals to the rescue authority one month before the start of operations. A commissioning inspection of oil heating equipment must be carried out within three months of commissioning. The rescue authority supervises the commercial storage and supply of fireworks for private use and the use of explosives and hazardous chemicals as special effects at public events.
