Activities supporting employment

Activities supporting employment involve paid work in an ordinary workplace. You make an employment agreement with your employer. Activities supporting employment are suitable for you if you are able to act almost independently and follow the skills required for the job, such as working hours. You will receive orientation and support for the work from the Disability Services work trainer, who will also support your employer as necessary. You will be paid salary in accordance with the collective agreement and collective bargaining agreement for the job in question. In supported work, your main source of income would be pension.
