Satisfaction with social and health services
The indicator reflects the feedback that has been collected over the past 30 days through the feedback devices at our clinics/units. The NPS (Net Promoter Score) indicator shows how many of our clients would recommend the service they used to their friends. The score can range from –100 to 100. The higher the score, the more clients say that they would recommend the service. A score above 50 is a very good result.
