Group reservations for 2022

Pentala Archipelago Museum is open for groups from 10 am to 5 pm:

Tue-Sun 4.6.-31.8.
Tue-Fri 1.9.-9.9.

Outside of the normal opening hours on request: €150/every beginning hour + tour fees.

There is scheduled archipelago traffic 4.6.-31.8.2022.

The pandemic may cause some changes to group visits. The museum reserves the right to changes and cancellations, depending on the local guidelines.

Summer in the archipelago: holiday villas and steamboats

€80/group, duration 30–60 minutes depending on a group’s preferences

€80/group, duration 30–60 minutes depending on a group’s preferences 

Weathervane and gateposts – the life of Gurli Nyholm

€80/group, duration 60–75 minutes. In addition to the tour fee, entrance fee to Gurli’s house is €10/€8 per person. Free admission with a Museum Card. Gurli’s house can be visited in groups of ten.

Life on the island – an active tour around the museum.

€140/group, duration 75–90 minutes depending on a group’s preferences. Suitable for workplace wellbeing days, families, groups of friends, hen nights and stag parties, for example. The tour involves group activities.
During the tour, you will hear fascinating stories about the life of fishermen and the history of the archipelago, and become familiar with the daily chores at a fisherman’s home. You will get to test your group work skills by trying out some of these chores, stroke the resident sheep and take a group photo in the style of the early 20th century. Please do not hesitate to ask for more information when making a booking!

Guided nature walks

Guided nature walks take you around Pentala Island and introduce you to the diverse and verdant environment of Espoo’s archipelago. You can book these walks directly from the organisers. Trips to visit the archipelago nature on Pentala and elsewhere in Espoo’s archipelago are organised by the following, to name a few options:

We recommend booking a charter or taxi boat for larger groups. You can book a charter boat for your group through the operator. There are several boat operators in Espoo area.
