Local detailed plansTapiolaThe plan is to demolish the dilapidated terraced houses of Espoon Asunnot Oy in Seilimäki and to construct new residential buildings in their stead. The creation of the local detailed plan will include a review of a more efficient use of the land, factoring in flooding from Mankkaanpuro and the management of rainwater run-off. Proposal is available for public review 2.5.–31.5.2022.
