An interchange is being planned for Kehä I’s Maarinsolmu to allow traffic to flow smoothly in all directions. The plan amendment will allocate the space required for the interchange. The aim of the plan’s design team is to develop Maarinsolmu as the main northern access point to the centre of Tapiola. This will be further promoted by the planned housing construction in Maarinsolmu. The extent of the planned housing construction is approximately 23,000 square metres of floor space. The plan has entered into force 15.2.2023.
