Component master plan for Bergö

The component master plan for Bergö-Stora Bodö-Fridheminkallio was divided into two parts after the draft phase. The western area was named Bergö, while the eastern area was named Stora Bodö-Lilla Bodö (450400). The City Council approved the component master plan for Bergö on 18 March 2019. However, on 10 September 2020, the Administrative Court of Helsinki overturned this decision of approving the component master plan for Bergö made by Espoo’s City Council on 18 March 2019.
The Supreme Administrative Court did not grant the City of Espoo leave to appeal.

You can follow the decision-making related to the plan. The plan’s processing phases and decisions related to it from 22 October 2020 onwards can be found in the City’s new decision-making system.  Processing phases and decisions up to 21 October 2020 are in the old system.

Decisions older than four years can be found in the City’s archives.
