Coronavirus vaccines available at Iso Omena maternity and child health clinic

22.12.2021 12.04

This week (22–23 December), 5–11-year-old children who belong to risk groups can get vaccinated against the coronavirus at the Iso Omena maternity and child health clinic. In addition, vaccines are being given to adults who are eligible for a third dose and have booked an appointment at the clinic.

Vaccination appointments will also be available to children after Christmas, in week 52 and in January.

Guardians can book appointments for their children at bookcovidvaccine.fi(external link, opens in a new window). Children must always be accompanied by at least one adult. In Espoo, 5–11-year-olds can only get vaccinated if they have a signed consent form from all guardians. In order to use our full vaccination capacity, we are also vaccinating adults who are eligible for a third dose at the maternity and child health clinic. For this reason, there may be adults waiting for their vaccination appointment in the clinic’s lobby.
