The Karaoke 72 tour in libraries on Tuesday nights

Come and sing the top hits of 1972 to celebrate Espoo’s 50th anniversary! Pick your favourite song and immerse yourself in the 70s atmosphere. You can also dress in a 70s style. Timopekka Sillantaus hosts the karaoke nights with an experienced approach.

New Mauri Kunnas exhibition at the WeeGee Exhibition Centre from 7 October 2022 onwards!

At WeeGee, you get to dive into the world of Mauri Kunnas, a comic artist and a legend of Finnish children’s literature. The exhibition provides visitors of all ages with art and experiences: children can explore Mauri’s world through play and parents can learn about Mauri’s life story, methods and sketches. At the opening weekend (7–9 October), the exhibition space is full of activities for children and those young at heart. The exhibition is part of the permanent collection at WeeGee, which means that there is plenty of time to explore it, even after the opening weekend. Welcome!

The Paris festival of Tapiola Sinfonietta invites you to enjoy French tunes!

Paris has inspired composers and artists throughout history. The concert consists of French music from different time periods. Come and experience the unforgettable performances in the Tapiola Hall of the Espoo Cultural Centre, and explore the complementary programme of the festival.

Come to the KAMU detective tour to solve mysteries and explore the past

A detective solves mysteries in the present and an archaeologist finds out what happened in the past. You can now play both roles! The detective tour is suitable for the whole family and it is an opportunity to hone your attentiveness, to follow clues and to solve a prehistoric puzzle. Curiosity is power!
