City of Espoo is looking for a kiosk / ice cream kiosk / café operator for Kivenlahti for summer 2022

The City of Espoo is offering an area of approximately 15 m2 near Kivenlahti beach for rent for a lightweight kiosk / ice cream kiosk / café for the summer season 2022.
The area will be available for rent for the period from 1 June to 30 September 2022. The rent is 400 euros per month of operation.
The tenant will be responsible for obtaining the necessary permits / statements required for the operation. According to preliminary information, an electricity connection can be provided for the area. The tenant will be responsible for the connection at their own expense.
Taking into account the congestion in the permit processing of Espoo Building Control, priority will be given to lightweight projects that do not, as a rule, require building control permits. These include structures on wheels, for example.

Applications submitted earlier will also be taken into account. The tenant will be selected by drawing lots among suitable candidates.
