Organising events at the Service Centres
Bring your events to our Service Centres! The Service Centres have premises that anyone can use for free to organise public events.
These events must be free of charge and open to all. We give priority to activity-based and community events. Contact us and tell us about your idea.
Facilities available at the Iso Omena Service Centre:
- four different meeting rooms
- the Stage in the library
Facilities available at the Kalajärvi Service Centre:
- a large hall
- a teaching space
- a work space
- a meeting room
Instructions for companies and communities
Companies and communities are welcome to test and develop their products and services at the Service Centres together with Espoo-based customers. We warmly welcome organisations to our Service Centres to present their activities and organise events.
However, we do not allow the following on our premises:
- political election campaigns (with the exception of election campaign launch events with a limited duration)
- commercial activities such as marketing and sales.
