Book facilities at Service Centres
The Service Centres have facilities that you can reserve for meetings or other events. In general, our premises are available free of charge. We only charge businesses a small fee - information on the fees of each facility is available on the Varaamo website(external link, opens in a new window).
Facilities available at the Iso Omena Service Centre
- four rooms for group work and meetings (Aalto, Kaisla, Kari and Meri)
- the Stage
You can reserve facilities at the Iso Omena Service Centre and the equipment in the library’s Paja workshop through the Varaamo service(external link, opens in a new window). Some of the facilities can only be booked by email. Information about each facility is available on the Varaamo website. You can get a key to the facility you have reserved from the security staff at the information desk.
Facilities available at the Kalajärvi Service Centre
- a large hall: Kalajärvi Hall
- a teaching space Ahti
- a work space Katiska
- a meeting room Apaja
You can reserve facilities at the Kalajärvi Service Centre through the Varaamo service(external link, opens in a new window). When you arrive, the security staff opens the door for you.
Instructions for companies and communities
Companies and communities are welcome to test and develop their products and services at the Service Centres together with their Espoo-based customers. We warmly welcome organisations to our Service Centres to present their activities and organise events.
However, we do not allow the following on our facilities:
- political election campaigns (with the exception of election campaign launch events that have a limited duration)
- commercial activities such as marketing and sales.
