Documents related to the City of Espoo’s decision-making processes are managed through the Dynasty document management system (content is only available in Finnish and Swedish).

Documents can also be downloaded from the Dynasty information service in pdf format. Declarations of interests can be read through the asiat.fi service. Elected officials use the online meeting service Cloud Meeting which requires logging in.
