  • A total of 16,020 Espoo residents have contracted the COVID-19 disease caused by the coronavirus (laboratory-confirmed cases).

  • In total, 77 Espoo residents have died of the disease in the city’s own services and outsourced services.
  • In Espoo, the 14-day incidence rate, i.e. the number of new coronavirus infections per 100,000 residents, is 314.4. 
  • Age distribution of residents who contracted the disease during the past four weeks 
    • under 18 years 39% 
    • 18–34 years 21% 
    • 35–54 years 30% 
    • 55 years and over 10% 
  • During the past week, 8,878 coronavirus tests were conducted and 5,62% of the tests were positive.
