The City of Espoo will be granting a planning reservation for a commercial plot in Suurpelto and is now looking for applicants

The City of Espoo will be granting a planning reservation for a commercial plot in Suurpelto. The plot is located north of Suurpelto’s shopping centre.

The application period starts on 12 December 2022 and ends on 13 February 2023 at 15:45.

The planning reservation will be granted to the applicant who makes the highest bid per gross m2 of the plot’s maximum permitted building volume. The aim of the planning reservation is to advance the project so that the plot will eventually be handed over to the recipient of the planning reservation.
