Social counsellors and family workers are currently very busy.
The waiting times to get service are longer than usual. The coronavirus situation also affects our customer service. However, we are doing our best to serve all clients in spite of this situation.
We will contact all new clients within approximately two weeks after they first contacted us and assess each person’s situation individually. If you need help urgently, we will try to contact you within seven weekdays.
We apologise for the inconvenience. We will keep monitoring the situation and keep all Espoo residents up to date with possible changes. We will do our best to minimise the impact of this situation on Espoo residents.
