Telephone service

We use a call-back service. When you call the health centre, your number is automatically recorded by the system. We will call you back on the same day, usually within an hour. If you are unable to answer the first call-back, we will attempt to call your number two times.

This is how the health centre telephone service works

Espoonlahti, Iso Omena, Kalajärvi, Kilo, Kivenlahti, Leppävaara, Samaria, Tapiola and Viherlaakso health centres telephone service 09 816 34500 (weekdays 7 am - 6 pm). There is also an SMS service for the hearing-impaired. 

Cancelling an appointment: Call 09 816 34500 (weekdays 7 am - 6 pm) or .

Select your language: 1 for Finnish, 2 for Swedish or 3 for English.

Select the service: 1. appointment booking, 2. Birth control 3. Vaccinations 4. Other things 5. Corona virus.

Select the number on which you wish to receive our call

  • Press 1 if you want us to call you back on the number from which you are calling now.
  • Press 2 if you want us to call you back on another number. Then key in this number, including the dialling code (for example, 0401234567, 091234567), and finish by pressing the hash key (#).

If you are unable to select the language or key in your telephone number, the telephone service will, after a moment, ask you to dictate your telephone number with the dialling code after the beep.
The telephone service will give you an estimated time when we will call you back.

If the call-back time does not suit you or you made a mistake when keying in your number, press the star key (*). After this, you can choose from the following options: 1 for keying in your telephone number again, 2 for a later call-back time, 3 for dictating a message and 4 for leaving the queue.

You can then end the call.

Oma Lääkärisi Matinkylä telephone service 09 855 4100 weekdays 8 am - 4 pm. Clients who have a service voucher should directly contact the private health centre they use.
