Exceptions in our services

  • Due to the ongoing coronavirus situation, health stations have tasks that must be maintained during the summer that will take up human resources from our normal operations. Because of this, we will need to prioritize urgent emergency care. Due to this, there will be a decrease in the number of times allotted for non-urgent non-acute matters. Thank you for your understanding.

  • You can also carry out many duties through our electronic services:
    - You can perform an electronic symptom assessment in the Omaolo-service After answering the questions, you will be provided with a recommendation on what you should do next and possible treatment instructions.
    - You can renew your prescriptions and view your patient information in the  Omakanta-service.

  • Health centres’ telephone service is still busy and you may have to wait for several hours or even days for us to call you back. If you need an urgent care, please call us at 7-8 a.m., when we make reservations for the urgent appointment times.
