For a little over a week in July, the metro will not run east of Kulosaari in Helsinki. The disruption is due to the replacement of the Kipparlahti metro bridge. Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) will replace metro services with buses during the disruption.

The metro will not run east of Kulosaari from 17 to 25 July. People travelling to and from eastern Helsinki during this period can use buses 99B, 99V and 99M instead. The replacement bus routes and timetables will be available through the HSL Journey Planner later.

The best option for passengers changing from the metro to the buses is to get off at the Central Railway Station, in Hakaniemi or in Kalasatama. The buses will mainly run every 5 minutes during the metro operating hours.
