"Lidl is one of the biggest grocery retailers in Europe. In Finland, our organization has grown rapidly in the past few years and we have now 5,200 employees. Our store network reaches from Hanko to Sodankylä and the deliveries to the stores are coordinated from our distribution centres in Janakkala and Laukaa as well as starting early next year from Järvenpää.

Our headquarters moved to Niittykumpu in March 2017. We are a growing organization and we need flexible office space and good services around us. We have been very pleased to see how good public transportation connections we have in Niittykumpu. New the metro stop is close by and during summer there are also city bikes available in multiple stations near the office. Our headquarters is also easy to reach by car and we have lots of parking space for our employees and visitors. We also have good services such as the shopping centers Niitty and Ainoa. Moreover, the sport center Esport nearby is a place where we arrange activities like tennis and running lessons for our employees. In addition, our own store is just in a few minutes walking distance.

We couldn't be happier to work in our new headquarters, the Lidl House."
