Leppävaara, Matinkylä and Esponlahti Service Points are closed for now.  All the other City of Espoo Service Points will continue to serve customers as usual despite the coronavirus. However, we recommend that all customers postpone their non-urgent errands or contact the Service Points by phone or chat. The telephone number for generic advice and the chat window are available at

The website is the go-to place for all information about services in Espoo. We recommend that you check the website before visiting a point of service.

“Several services of the city can be used online. You can for example use a chat to talk with the nurses of Espoo’s health centres or book a video appointment with a nurse through the online appointment booking system. The Employment Corner can be contacted by phone and email. Please run your errands from home if you can. This helps us prevent the spread of the coronavirus and protect risk groups,” says Customer Service Director Kirsi Remes.

Events of the Service Centres and Employment Services suspended

The events organised by the Iso Omena and Kalajärvi Service Centres and Espoo Employment Services will be cancelled until further notice. Our staff will contact external event organisers to cancel or reschedule the events.

“The Employment Corner will for example cancel its public and recruitment events, and will not arrange new ones for now. The Job Festival that was planned for the spring will be postponed until a later date that has not been decided yet. New group activities will not be organised. When it comes to the Korko service, we are looking for new ways to make this service available,” says Tuula Antola, Director of Economic Development at the City of Espoo.

The City of Espoo Service Points, Service Centres and all other public spaces, points of service and offices maintained by the City of Espoo will be cleaned more often, and people will be instructed to follow good hygiene practices. Handshakes will be replaced with other greetings.
