Allotments
Residents can lease parcels to cultivate in allotments all over Espoo. The rent for a parcel is 48 euro per year and it must be paid in advance in the spring. A tenant has preference to the same parcel next year. That means you can grow perennials.
The rental includes use of irrigation water (only connected in the summertime). Watering will be opened week 18 and closed week 38. The tenant is in charge of soil enrichment etc.
