Kela’s service point in Matinkylä, located in the Iso Omena Service Centre, stopped using numbered queue tickets on 9 April 2018. Customers can instead conduct their business with Kela by contacting one of the customer service advisors standing by in the reception area. It is also possible to book an appointment with the service point.
Incoming customers are met by a customer service advisor who directs them to the best way to get service.
