​Have an influence on the future of the Baltic Sea Region in an online event 12.-13.6.2020

The Baltic Sea Youth Camp is a two-day online event where youth representing the Baltic Sea Region meet online to discuss the future of the region. The Youth Camp takes place from 12.-13.6.2020. In online workshops and small seminars you will learn about the Baltic Sea Region and its politics. You learn to share your viewpoints and how to have an influence on politics together with other young people. You will meet young people from 11 countries in the Baltic Sea Region. The event language is English.

You can participate if you are:

  • 18-25 years old
  • interested in discussing the matters of the Baltic Sea Region
  • willing to communicate in English.

The aim of the event is to offer young people the opportunity to contribute to a more sustainable Baltic Sea Region and nourish mutual understanding and solidarity.  #BSYC is organized by multiple organizations in the Baltic Sea Region. The city of Espoo is a member of Union of Baltic Cities network which is one of the organizers.

The 11th Annual Forum of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region will be organized in Turku 19.-20.10.2020. Main purpose of the Forum is to gather stakeholders and to discuss how to best cooperate to tackle the challenges in the Baltic Sea Region. Read more about the Forum.

The city of Espoo wants to invite young people to the Forum.
