Due to the coronavirus situation, we carry out non-urgent check-ups depending on the availability of appointments at our clinics. Maternity clinics are open as usual. To visit the open clinic, you need to book an appointment in advance.

Contact us if you need advice on your daily life as a family, your child’s daily rhythm, eating, sleeping or developmental challenges at different ages. Or perhaps you would like to talk to somebody or ask for advice on parenting, your relationship with your partner, life as a family or your children.

Physiotherapy, occupational therapy and psychologists’ services for children
We are reducing non-urgent services. We will hold as many appointments as we can either remotely or by phone. Clients can contact the employee who usually serves them to ask for telephone or remote guidance. You may also visit us in person if we agree on this in advance.
Child Psychiatric Outpatient Unit
The Child Psychiatric Outpatient Unit aims to hold its clients’ appointments and network meetings on the phone or via video calls whenever possible. We will assess the need for appointments and meetings at the unit on a case-by-case basis.
School and student health service
Face-to-face appointments at school are available as usual until 26 June or you may call our centralised telephone service, tel. 09 8166 1234, Mon–Fri 9:00–13:00

Family Law Services
Family Law Services will reduce its operations. We now provide fewer non-urgent services, and we will offer them by telephone and remotely whenever possible. Face-to-face appointments are still available, but they need to be agreed on in advance.

Food aid for families with children
Advice and assistance, tel. 09 816 45 000 (Mon–Fri 8:00–10:00). Our social welfare workers will assess your need for food assistance.
