This week, the City of Espoo’s Disability Services unit sent a customer satisfaction survey to approximately 900 people who have used our services.
With this survey, we are charting our customers’ satisfaction with the functioning and quality of disability services. We aim to develop our services from a customer’s perspective and offer a good customer experience.
If you received a questionnaire, please fill it in and send it back to us by Wednesday, 29 May 2019, using the enclosed envelope. You do not need to pay for postage.
