During the postal strike, all reports related to allocated grants should be sent by email to email@example.com.
Grant recipient must submit a report on the use of the grant to the Cultural Unit by the given deadline. According to the general conditions of cultural grants, effective since 1 January 2019, the deadlines for submitting the report are as follows:
Annual grant: The report on the use of the annual grant must be submitted by the end of April of the year following the reception of the grant
Project and development grant:TheA report on the use of the grant must be submitted within three months from the end of the project
Art grant (for 1 month or 3 months): The report is to be submitted within three months from the end of the working period
Working grant for professional artists (1 year): The report must be submitted after the grant period has ended, but no later than by the end of April of the year following the reception of the grant
The report on the use of the annual grant as well as the project and development grant must be submitted using the relevant report form. Report forms concerning the year 2019 will be available in the Attachments section of this website later. Recipients of the art grant and working grant for professional artists must prepare a free-form written report on the use of the grant. An annual grant report is to be accompanied by an annual report, financial statements and auditor’s report on the grant year as well as an impact analysis of operations. The association receiving assistance undertakes to keep its accounts and administration open for accounting audits. If the assistance recipient violates the terms of the grant, the grant will be recovered.
Recipients of the project and development grants fill in the report form with information on the activities they implemented through the grant, a specific financial report on the use of the grant, and an impact analysis of the activity. Documentation on the use of the grant is not to be appended to the report, but the assistance recipient should keep the documents in case the city requests them separately for inspection.
The recipients of the art grant as well as the recipient of the working grant must prepare a free-form written report on the artistic activities during the grant period in accordance with the work plan presented in the application.
The reports on the use of the grants allocated in or for 2018 must be submitted to the Cultural unit by the end of April 2019. From the start of 2019, no additional documentation is required for the report on the use of the project grant (2018, currently project and development grant). The report forms from 2018 can be downloaded in the Attachments section of this page or from the Forms.
