The Culture Citizen programme period for Espoo residents who acquired Finnish citizenship in 2018–2019 is from 1 September to 31 December 2020.
The benefits of the program will be published on this website on September 1, 2020. There is a limited number of tickets available (a quota for new citizens).
See the benefits of the program under the subheadings of this website. On your computer, the subheadings can be found in the left column of the page. On the mobile screen, press the arrow next to the header: Section All Benefits
lists the benefits on a monthly basis in chronological order.
The persons entitled to the benefit, Culture Citizens, will receive a benefit card and code by post to their home in early September. The card and code are needed when booking or redeeming benefits, so please keep them throughout the period. The card and code are personal.
Due to the situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic, changes to the programme are possible even at short notice. Please check this website and the cultural venue’s website for up-to-date information.
If most of the benefits have to be cancelled, we will instead offer the Culture Citizens a CultureEspoo gift bag at the end of the year.
