Culture Citizen
The Culture Citizen programme period for Espoo residents who acquired Finnish citizenship in 2018–2019 is from 1 September to 31 December 2020.
Due to the situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic, changes to the programme are possible even at short notice. Please check this website and the cultural venue’s website for up-to-date information.
Due to the official instructions, Culture Citizen programme has been cancelled between November 30 and December 31, 2020.
The benefits of the program will be published on this website on September 1, 2020. There is a limited number of tickets available (a quota for new citizens).

All Benefits lists the benefits on a monthly basis in chronological order.
The persons entitled to the benefit, Culture Citizens, will receive a benefit card and code by post to their home in early September. The card and code are needed when booking or redeeming benefits, so please keep them throughout the period. The card and code are personal.
