Service advice and guidance
Six Service Points in Espoo offer you general guidance on matters of the City of Espoo. Are you wondering whom to contact at the City of Espoo? Ask the Espoo Customer Service. We will either find an answer to your question, or connect you with the right expert. Check out all city services we offer.
Do you need help using e-services? Just ask us! We can for example help you fill in applications or find the information you need online.
We also give you advice on regional public transport. You can for example buy a personal Helsinki Region Transport Travel card and collect timetables for buses which operate nearby. We sell event tickets retailed by the ticket service Lippupiste. Our Service Point in Tapiola also sells event tickets retailed by the ticket service Ticketmaster. We also provide assisting customer service for the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela). You can collect brochures for events as well as tourist maps and outdoor recreation maps. We are happy to help if you would like ideas on places to visit or activities in the Helsinki region.

We have computers for your convenience. You may also make photocopies, print and scan documents. If you need any further assistance, we are happy to help with the city’s and Kela’s e-services.
