The City of Espoo’s Customer Service continues to develop its service concept. The functionality of the new service concept has now been tested for a year at Tapiola Service Point, and the successful trial will next be continued in Leppävaara.
“We will increase lobby services, which will speed up customer transactions. Most situations where people need information can be handled by talking, and the customer does not have to queue up to the cash desk. The lobby services also enable smoother electronic information provision. We are happy to guide customers, for example, in downloading the HSL app, filling out electronic forms or buying concert tickets online,” says Anna-Maija Aalto, Head of Customer Service.
In addition, one cash desk will be converted into an express checkout that only takes card payments. Cash usage is decreasing in society and card payment is a safer payment method.
Customers are encouraged to ask for help with different kinds of electronic issues. Working together helps us all learn!
Leppävaara Service Point will be closed on 15–16 October for the renovations.
