During the coronavirus restrictions, we only serve customers by telephone at 040 636 8097. Once the coronavirus situation improves, you can visit us at the Iso Omena Service Centre.
The Information Point for Immigrants offers advice and help in all kinds of matters, such as:
- early childhood education (matters concerning day care)
- studying and working
- social services and benefits
- health and well-being
- help in filling out forms
- help in taking care of official matters.
We can offer help in your own language or in plain Finnish. Our staff members speak Finnish, Swedish, English and Kurdish. For other languages, we use interpreters.
The information point is open from Monday to Thursday 10:00–16:00 and on Fridays 9:00–12:00. You do not need to book an appointment.
