In addition to the traditional chat service, the City of Espoo Customer Service has introduced a new video chat option. The video chat allows you to talk to customer service staff face to face from the comfort of your own home.
The service also allows you to share documents with the staff, for example, if you need help filling in a form concerning city services. Please remember, however, that you cannot submit online applications or notifications through the video chat.
The aim of the service is to allow everyone to talk to customer service staff face to face regardless of their location.
