Espoo Finnish Education Unit develops education and schools operating culture through curriculum reforms and by developing the combining learning and digitalization as well as promoting support measures for wellbeing and growth.

Professional development, assessment and research

Espoo pays particular attention to the skills and competence development of the teaching staff. Teachers are provided plenty of high-quality professional development opportunities each school-year.
