Health Centres

List of health centres

All Espoo residents are assigned to a health centre based on their home address. If you want, you can switch to another health centre: Instructions for switching health centres.

If you do not know your health centre, you can call the appointment booking number of any health centre and ask about it.

The Self care site provides information on how you can personally take care of your well-being and promote your health. Each health centre also has a self-care point where you can measure, among other things, your blood pressure, weight and waistline.

Health centres open on weekdays from 8 am to 4 pm

Each health centre has its own telephone number. The contact information can be found on each health centre’s own website. When you call the appointment booking and information number, your number is automatically recorded by the system. We will usually call you back within an hour. There is also an SMS service for the hearing-impaired. Telephone service instructions

  • When you do not require urgent care, please call after 10 am.
  • A nurse will assess your situation on the phone and refer you to the right person, such as a physician, nurse, public health nurse or physiotherapist. You may also receive instructions for home care.

Are you familiar with the My Kanta service? 2015-05-11
My Kanta gives you access to your own medical records, which have previously been mostly only available to the medical professionals who treated you. You will see the data entered by doctor and nurses, for example, and your electronic prescriptions. Starting at the end of May you can also see the results of laboratory tests in My Kanta.
Changes in the period of validity for old X-ray and ultrasound referrals 2015-03-16
Did you receive a referral for an X-ray or ultrasound examination? If the date on your referral is 24 February 2015 or earlier, it will be valid until 30 April 2015. After this, the referral will expire and will no longer entitle you to examinations. If the date on your referral is 25 February or later, it will be valid normally.
