The Real Estate Department is responsible for developing the city’s property in land. The Department prepares cases related to the purchase, sales, exchange, leasing and redemption of lands, waters and plots in addition to land use agreements.
The Department provides plot services to residents, companies and internal profit centres as well as manages the acquisition of essential public areas and recreation areas in the municipality.
