The service is meant for families with children and expecting parents who are clients of the Social and Health Services and their networks (employees and people they know). The use of the service will be tested in 2015 with the help of separately summoned clients. The service is only visible to those for whom it has been activated. By logging in to the service with your own online banking credentials or the Mobile Certificate you can discuss your situation confidentially with your network. The discussions are visible to all the people you have accepted into your network.
