MyNetwork

MyNetwork is an online service offered by the Social and Health Services where you can communicate easily and quickly with your network. At the moment, the service is being used by a limited target group only. You log in to the service with your online banking credentials or the Mobile Certificate.

The service is meant for families with children and expecting parents who are clients of the Social and Health Services and their networks (employees and people they know).  The use of the service will be tested in 2015 with the help of separately summoned clients. The service is only visible to those for whom it has been activated. By logging in to the service with your own online banking credentials or the Mobile Certificate you can discuss your situation confidentially with your network. The discussions are visible to all the people you have accepted into your network. 

MyNetwork is part of the MyGuide service.

MyNetwork works with the following browsers

The MyNetwork service supports certain browsers. For security reasons and general functionality, we recommend that you use the latest browser versions.

The supported browsers for the MyNetwork service are:

  • Internet Explorer (version 9 or later)
  • Firefox (version 32 or later)
  • Chrome (version 36 or later)

Partially supported browsers for the MyNetwork service are:

  • Safari
  • Opera

You can check which version of the browser you have under Help. You can check which version of the Mac browser you have by clicking About under the Apple menu.

Use of the service requires strong authentication using your online banking credentials.

You can also log in using the Mobile Certificate

Mobile authentication works on Elisa, Sonera and DNA mobile subscriptions for which the Mobile Certificate service has been activated.

The operator will charge a mobile authentication rate according to its price list.
The Vetuma service is maintained by the State Treasury.
